Beating the Channel Delays
Absolute Alignment has increased stock levels of wheel alignment equipment to mitigate for any disruptions to the supply chain caused by Covid-19, Brexit and delays at the Channel ports.
We have doubled aligner storage space, aiming to meet a growing demand for our products. Sales are surging at pre-Lockdown 1 levels and we do not want to disappoint customers so have invested heavily in stock that is already on hand.
Technical Director Chris Dear said: “We have been extremely busy all year. With demand still on the rise, thankfully we have already invested so we can deliver for all of our customers throughout the winter – including during this current shipping crisis."
Chris added: "It became clear some time ago that 'Just in Time' deliveries would be disrupted at some stage, and the last few days have proved us right."
Absolute Alignment has taken on new members of staff to support the increased sales. The Technical Team has been strengthened in all departments - sales, service and administration - so the company can not only keep up with demand but continue to exceed expectations in after sales support.
“As a company we have been recruiting, while continuing to adapt the ways we work in order to protect our team and their families, and our customers. We have also been working hard to guarantee deliveries and installations for all garages requiring our services in all areas of the country, including Scotland and Wales," continued Chris.
These are challenging times, and Absolute Alignment is convinced that the best way to meet that challenge is to invest and expand.
